I have always enjoyed doing snatches and cleans and the kettlebell versions are quite explosive, closer to competitive movements than I have felt with pulling and pushing barbells and dumbbells. It (kettlestacks) is an amazing supplement to the practical old school barbell and dumbbell exercises that wrestlers, field athletes have always incorporated into their training.
